Oliver joined Spectrum IT as an Account Manager in the summer of 2016. Having mainly worked in Finance, joining the recruitment industry was a completely new challenge for him. Within this role, he was responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a number of key accounts. Primarily working on Software & Development vacancies that comprise the following technologies: PHP/LAMP, C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Test & QA.
He soon settled into his role, as after a year in Account Management, he took the plunge as a Recruitment Consultant and proved in a short amount of time that he can take on business development.
Oliver was born in Southampton but moved to the Isle of Wight when he was 9 and has lived there ever since. This makes commuting to our office in Chilworth very interesting!
Outside of the office, his main hobby has to be football. He plays on a regular basis for an Isle of Wight team all over the South Coast. Other hobbies are eating out and holidays to far away destinations.
