Founded by a passionate managing director with a software engineering background, we embarked on a journey to raise the standards of recruitment and build a community across the IT and tech space. Based on the South Coast of the UK, our team of 30 experienced consultants supports people and businesses with their permanent, contract and retained recruitment needs.
Since 2008, we’ve nurtured long-lasting relationships with our clients, many of whom have been part of our growth since day one. We support various businesses where a software team is integral to their work and other established software companies looking to expand their software teams.
