About: Lauren joined Spectrum IT as an Office Administrator after leaving a busy photography studio in central Southampton. In the years since joining, Lauren has taken on various large-scale projects, resulting in her progressing to the Operations and Engagement Manager role she is currently in. She has a creative eye and loves the challenging aspect of having multiple elements of her job running at once. She has been a co-partner in setting up Women In Tech Hampshire, organising networking events for the community. When she's not at work, Lauren loves to spend time finding new walking spots with her dog
