About: Ryan joined Spectrum in early 2014 in a Recruitment Consultant capacity focusing on the software engineering market across the Thames Valley and South East. He previously worked for an IT and Telecoms recruitment company operating largely in the Middle East. Ryan lives in Cowes on the Isle of Wight and travels to our Southampton office twice a week. He is a keen footballer, and also loves spending time with his 2 children.
