She joined Spectrum IT as she enjoys the fast-paced environment, which challenges her creativity and analytical skills. The dynamic world of recruitment, paired with her passion for building relationships, inspired her to take this new path.
Outside of the office, she is a passionate musician and loves to perform with her band and teach piano. Music has always been a big part of Talea's life, letting her express her creativity in a different way.
