We only collect the data we need to be able to source available opportunities, and any additional information that we need to progress through the different stages of recruitment. You can find out more about how we collect, use and store your data in our privacy policy

You can register for an account with us here. We ask for your personal details, CV, cover letter and a password. If you don’t have your CV and cover letter ready quite yet, don’t worry as you can add these to your account later. Having an account enables you to shortlist jobs you’re interested in, apply for jobs, and create job alerts. 

We have some great resources to help you write your CV in the first instance, which you can view here. Once you have submitted your CV, one of our consultants may suggest improvements to help with applications.

When your CV is received, it will be reviewed, depending on your specialism and the type of job you are looking for. Your consultant will look for a selection of roles that could suit your criteria and will send them to you. If we have suitable roles, we can then support you through the application process, advise you on the client and give you interview tips. 

It used to be standard to put your full address on your CV, however it can take up valuable space. We suggest you include your post code and contact details (email, phone number, LinkedIn profile link).

Yes, we will always ask which opportunities you wish to progress with.

The shortlisting process can vary from client to client. We pride ourselves on getting to know our candidates and our clients to build a clear idea of what all parties are looking for. This increases your chance of getting interviews, so you should see progress quicker than seeking a role for yourself. 

The intervierw process varies from client to client. If you are chosen to progress through the recruitment process, you should expect an initial screening call within a week of your CV being selected. This is usually followed by a second stage interview and any technical, aptitude, or behavioural tests. For in-demand skills, the interview process may move more quickly.

Most roles within IT and technology will require some form of technical test, designed to ensure your skills are at the appropriate level and to assess your problem-solving abilities. We can help you prepare for what to expect based on feedback from other candidates.
