Overview
Spectrum IT has supported Aareon for over a decade, and we’ve taken the time to get to know the business and really understand what they’re looking for. We’ve worked with various teams across their UK offices on both permanent and contract hires, and on an exclusive basis for most of the last 10 years.
We’ve worked with Aareon to build their senior leadership team (SLT) with several key hires, who have then gone on to work with us to hire their own teams who fit the culture and ethos of the company. We have had direct communications with team members from all levels of the business, from the CEO to the HR admin staff.
We pride ourselves on taking a personal approach with our clients. This has meant frequently meeting with the hiring and HR managers across the business to discuss their hiring needs and offer solutions to any challenges they may be facing. This has included suggesting improvements to their hiring processes, as well as bespoke salary and benefits surveys to help attract high-level candidates.
