EasyPark Group

We began working with the team in 2011, then under the company name Cobalt Telephone Technologies, best known for its UK parking app RingGo. With the popularity and nationwide implementation of the app, there was a need to grow the tech team to meet demand. When we first started working together, we quickly identified that the hiring process was too slow, and consequently they were missing out on good candidates. By working with the hiring managers, we provided education and information to enhance and speed up their processes, resulting in a huge reduction in time to hire.

Over the years, we have support the business through a huge period of growth, including when acquired by the BMW Group and Daimler Mobility AG’s joint venture PARK NOW, a global provider of digital parking services. The team were struggling to hire externally, so we provided in-depth salary guidance and market insight, which lead to an increase in internal salaries and the ability to hire new talent with parity.

The business was acquired again in 2021 by EasyPark Group, who have their own strong internal talent acquisition team. Many of the current Software Engineering management are people that we placed, who have stayed for years and progressed through the company. Due to our previous relationship and success with the RingGo team, we offer support to the internal team on hires when they struggle to find the right candidates. The team also have large contractor requirements to support on both Business-As-Usual and specific project work.
