Estee Lauder Cosmetics

Spectrum IT has worked with Estée Lauder Cosmetics since 2014, creating a long-standing relationship and building a thorough understanding of the company’s requirements. We were initially engaged to help with hires into the company’s Retail IT Support function, an area in which they were struggling to recruit the right people. Being able to provide constant and high-level support for its many retail stores is essential to its operations, so we were quick to rise to the challenge, and have supported the client with regular, successful hires into this team.

Working in partnership with the team at Estée Lauder Cosmetics, we have been able to tap into our extensive network of skilled candidates to secure more than 50 placements. We often work with exclusivity on roles across the company’s core UK offices in Fareham and London, and support the client with a mix of BAU roles and contractors for key business projects.

Trusting in our expertise, we now also support the client’s EMEA function, based in Paris, having been recommended by UK managers.
