Overview

We started working with Housemark in 2023 following a change in the senior leadership team as the company prepared to scale. Having a previous relationship with the current CEO meant we were in a good position to help build out the rest of the senior team. In the first half of 2024, we recruited the CTO and CFO, as well as supported the hiring of the CCO – the full C-Suite.

Using our in-depth experience and knowledge of IT and technology recruitment, we have also supported growth in other key areas of the business, including the Product, Data and Tech teams, and the SaaS Sales and Marketing teams. This has included hiring a senior QA and Lead Product Manager, to help drive the business forward.

We’ve been able to add value across their IT recruitment, but also by having a network of candidates with relevant skills and experience, based on a history of supporting other high-profile clients in the industry. To continue business growth in the future, we’ve been involved in high-level discussions regarding the company’s recruitment strategy going forwards.
