Overview
Spectrum IT has been engaging with The AA since 2018 to aid with recruiting talent into both permanent roles and contract hires across the Digital and IT functions at the corporation’s Basingstoke headquarters and its UK-wide office locations.
During the course of this long-standing partnership, we have built up good relationships with senior management, as well as their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, with over 60 successful placements to date. We’ve placed exceptional talent into high-level roles across numerous functions, including infrastructure, development, data analytics and project management. As part of this process, and given the nature of The AA’s operations, we provide extensive compliance background checks, including credit checks, DBS, sanction checks and reference checks.
