We're happy to announce our next Women in Tech Hampshire event: Thriving in Non-Technical Tech Roles!

The tech industry isn’t just about coding, it thrives on a wide range of non-technical roles that are just as essential to innovation and success. While coding and software development often take center stage, the reality is that technology thrives on a diverse range of skills, from communication and leadership to problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Our expert panel will share their career journeys, explore the most valuable non-technical skills in the industry, and discuss how expertise from fields like marketing, finance, and healthcare can translate into successful tech careers.
